We have a dedicated laboratory, housing 4 stability chambers at varying temperature and relative humidity settings. Conditions are monitored using fully validated 21 CFR Part 11 compliant wireless probes. In addition, photostability can be monitored.
Our Solid-State Service includes a fully dedicated state-of-the-art facility for polymorphism screening, salt screening and drug development including:
- A high-throughput diffraction (using transmission foil geometry), X-Ray powder (XRPD) diffractometer. Clustering and crystallographic software
- High-throughput configuration Raman station (95-3500 cm-1) combined with Insight clustering software
- Automated high-throughput platform dedicated for crystallisation, salt formation and solubility testing (96 well plates). Design of Experiments software
- TGA with automated data collection and weighing and a sealed option with automatic piercing for solvate application
- DSC with automated data collection
- GVS (high resolution vapour isotherms (water and organic solvent facility))
- Hot Stage Microscopy with time lapse and video image capture
