By Air, Newcastle Airport.
Follow the A696 south towards Newcastle-upon- Tyne and join the A1 southbound. Follow the A1- A1(M) until Junction 65 and join A1231 eastbound towards Sunderland then use the directions as on the map below. Otherwise taxis are available upon request from outside the airport.

By Road, from the South.
Follow the A1 north until junction 62 and join the A690 eastbound towards Sunderland/A19. Join the A19 northbound and take the second junction for Sunderland North A1231. Turn right onto the A1231, towards Sunderland and use the directions on the large map below.
