Onyx Scientific is routinely inspected by the MHRA and holds a GMP Certificate for the development and manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's). Our QA department ensures our facilities; systems and activities comply with the Good Manufacturing Practice requirements referred to in Part II of the EU Guidelines to Good Manufacturing Practice.

Flexible and responsive
Operating to high standards is not our only objective; flexibility is essential. We strive to provide specially tailored solutions without compromising standards. We offer all of this in a timely and responsive manner.

Communication
At Onyx we believe communication is the key to success, which is why we place such importance on making sure our customers are kept fully informed on the status of their projects. We want our customers to regard us as an extension of their own facility and therefore we encourage direct and frequent contact with our chemists. Our customers receive detailed weekly updates, comprehensive final reports and process documents in addition to regular teleconferences and verbal updates.

Confidentiality
At Onyx Scientific all work is carried out under the strictest confidentiality. It is our policy that all developed intellectual property will remain the sole property of our customers. In addition, we don't seek royalty payments for work developed at Onyx on behalf of our customers.

Health, safety and environmental
Onyx Scientific believes that health and safety is of equal importance to production and quality and as such it is our aim to meet or exceed all UK legislative requirements for health and safety. Our facilities are specially designed to minimize the risk to both human health and also to the environment.
